Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a Restaurant Team Leader to manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift, ensuring the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. You will help build and lead a high performing team of hourly Team Members and may assist with operational support functions (purchasing, receiving, inventory).

You’ll also participate in applicant interviews and support employee relations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
