Job summary

Burger King is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee operations and team performance during assigned shifts. You will ensure fast, friendly service and high-quality food while directing staff and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include leading shift operations, delivering superior customer service, training team members, and managing cash and inventory. Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Willing to complete all required training (i.e. Burger King training and Serve Safe Essentials)

Responsibilities

• Directs team and ensures smooth shift operations and plan execution.
• Delivers excellent customer service and resolves complaints promptly.
• Trains and delegates tasks to staff to maximize efficiency.
• Maintains sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards.
