Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• 1 year of shift management experience
• Able to pass background check and drug screen
• Valid Driver's License preferred
• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Conduct pre-shift crew meetings to discuss operations, promotions and safety.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards and profitability.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Oversee cash handling and banking procedures when on shift.
• Ensure personal appearance and professionalism align with company standards.
• Enforce HR, sanitation, safety and security policies for a safe environment.
