Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader for Hardee’s. You will supervise shifts, train crew, maintain quality, service, cleanliness, and handle cash procedures during your shift.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of shift management, are 18+, can pass a background check and drug screen, and enjoy a fast-paced team environment. We offer weekly pay, benefits, 401K, vacation and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew.
• Assist with crew member duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations procedures, promotions, safety, etc.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standard.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment using proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Responsible for all cash when in charge of a shift including bank deposits.
