Qualifications

• Pass a background check and ERC training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the restaurant to uphold Freddy’s Hospitality, Quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Provide exceptional guest service and lead by example.
• Oversee execution of food preparation and service.
• Coach and support team members on shift.
• Ensure safety, security, and sanitation policies are followed.
• Train and motivate teammates across shifts.
• Support strategies for operations, sales, and retention.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
