Job summary

Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers in El Paso, TX is seeking a Team Member (Part Time) to deliver friendly, accurate service and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

You will prepare burgers and custard, keep the dining area clean, and collaborate with teammates while upholding food safety and hospitality standards. Report to Restaurant Operating Partner and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have teamwork and communication skills.
• Must follow all food safety and sanitation expectations.
• Must be able to multi‑task and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service through a positive attitude, order accuracy and hospitality.
• Prepare and serve exceptional steakburgers, custard, etc.
• Be dependable in attendance, policy and procedure.
• Uphold the three pillars of quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Prepare and maintain workstations, equipment, and food.
• Work together with your team for efficiency, supporting all coworkers with dignity and respect.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
