Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train talent; 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management guidance.
• Maintain cooperative relations with management and crew.
• Assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, training.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper procedures.
• Responsible for cash handling when in charge of a shift.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed.
• Ensure appearance and professionalism meet standards.
• Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies for a safe environment.
• Model BNE values; take on other tasks as directed.
