Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and able to communicate with management and guests effectively.
• Willingness to learn the DHC Training Program and follow policy directions.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and shifts as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead restaurant activities on duty and support management to align with business plan.
• Ensure teammates perform duties, follow safety policies, and meet expectations.
• Train new and current team members and delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Balance cash drawers and handle daily paperwork when assigned by management.
• Greet guests, take orders, and serve items while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe operations, including equipment and kitchen areas.
