Job summary

Damm Fine is seeking a Shift Leader for our Folsom, CA location. This part-time role focuses on supervising team members, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction during duty hours.

The Shift Leader will coordinate with the Restaurant Management Team to execute the daily business plan, train staff, balance cash, and uphold company policies and procedures across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and fluent in English.
• Certified in all stations following the DHC Training Program.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50–75 lbs.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Follow the DHC training steps to learn and train new skills, duties, and responsibilities.
• Supervise teammates and monitor attendance, time off, and performance.
• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive attitude.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety procedures are followed daily in the kitchen and dining area.
• Balance cash drawers and perform daily administrative duties as assigned.
• Communicate performance issues to the Restaurant Management Team and provide feedback.
