Job summary

Damm Fine is seeking a Shift Leader for our Roseville, CA location. The role pays $23.00 - $25.00 per hour and involves supervising Restaurant activities, coordinating with the Management Team, and ensuring team members meet responsibilities.

The position requires current student status or a high school diploma/GED, being at least 18, fluent in English, and certified in all stations per the DHC Training Program. Nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Current student or high school diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and fluent in English.
• Certified in all stations following the DHC Training Program.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend and stoop and lift 50 – 75 lbs comfortably.

Responsibilities

• Follow the steps in the DHC Training Program to learn and train new skills, duties, and responsibilities.
• Supervise Team Members, monitor performance, and enforce safety policies.
• Organize shift schedules and manage attendance and time off.
• Greet Guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive attitude.
• Ensure kitchen operations follow cooking instructions and sanitary requirements.
• Balance cash drawers and assist with daily cash deposits as needed.
• Train new and current Team Members and provide performance feedback.
• Communicate with Management on team performance and issues.
