You will lead staff, ensure safe food handling, manage ordering and inventory, and execute strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction. You will partner with the General Manager, uphold safety and cash controls, complete daily reports, and guide a team to deliver timely, friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen with proper food safety.

• Assist General Manager with task execution, safety, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Coach team members in preparing and packaging customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Oversee dining area cleanliness and proper maintenance of restaurant equipment.
