Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management guidance.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew.
• Lead pre-shift meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety and training.
• Manage labor costs and inventory per company standards.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and safe deposits.
• Uphold HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies.
