Job summary

FUSIAN is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure top-notch guest service during each shift. You will open/close, plan shifts, manage par levels, and prepare prep lists aligned with anticipated sales.

You will communicate priorities between the OM and GM, supervise food quality and guest satisfaction, and participate in ongoing training through FUSIAN U, reporting progress weekly.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant according to a checklist.
• Create and adjust shift plans to maximize efficiency.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate priorities.
• Ensure food quality, hospitality, and safety standards.
• Manage cash drawer and daily deposits.
• Order prep lists and maintain par levels for sales.
• Coordinate with OM and GM for priorities.
• Attend weekly manager meetings and report progress.
