Wendy’s is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations during the assigned shift. You will lead the front-line team, ensure guest satisfaction, manage costs, and uphold Wendy’s quality standards while providing a hands-on leadership approach.

The role requires prior food service experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement are part of this position.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to make quick and effective decisions and resolve issues.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• High attention to detail to maintain restaurant standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during the shift, ensuring tasks are performed effectively.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to improve performance.
• Ensure staff are trained on company policies and procedures.
• Delegate tasks based on priorities and workflow to cover all areas.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle customer complaints promptly.
• Oversee daily operations including food prep, inventory, and cleaning procedures.
• Manage cash handling and register operations; adjust staffing to meet demand.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance; maintain cleanliness standards.
• Communicate with management and provide feedback on performance and improvements.
