Job summary

Wendy's is seeking a Shift Leader to lead shifts, inspire your team, deliver outstanding guest service, and grow your career in a fast-paced, supportive environment. We want natural leaders with at least 1 year of restaurant or retail leadership, a hands-on, team-first attitude, strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications
