Job summary

Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to manage shift operations, direct team members, and uphold high safety and quality standards. You will help build a high performing hourly team, support purchasing and inventory tasks, and participate in hiring and employee relations to foster a positive work environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, effective communication, and adherence to local food-safety requirements as part of delivering remarkable guest

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
