You will manage ordering, stocking, and food preparation while supporting the General Manager with safety practices, scheduling, and daily reporting. This role emphasizes teamwork and high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop staff for accurate order prep and customer service excellence.
• Oversee dining room cleanliness and food prep areas; ensure equipment is maintained.
