Love’s Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to help run a busy kitchen and dining area. You’ll lead staff to deliver exceptional service, manage daily operations, and execute strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to work various shifts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Frequent lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, along with adherence to proper food safety procedures
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting
• Coach and develop staff in preparing and packaging customer orders promptly and to standard
• Oversee dining area cleanliness and food preparation spaces, and maintain equipment
