Job summary

Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to guide a team and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

You will help manage operations, maintain safety standards, and support the General Manager with scheduling, reporting, and cash integrity while driving sales and guest satisfaction. A dynamic, customer-focused environment awaits passionate hospitality professionals.

Qualifications

• Restaurant shift leaders oversee staff and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure food safety and quality.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and support daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, along with adherence to proper food safety procedures
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation
• Assist the General Manager of the facility with proper task execution and completion, follow effective safety practices, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
• Work alongside team members to coach and develop in preparing and packaging customer orders in a timely manner and to maximize customer service expectations
• Oversee the cleanliness of the dining room and food preparation areas
• Ensure all restaurant equipment is properly maintained
