Responsibilities

• Manages a staff of approximately 3–15 employees.
• Provides on-the-job training for all employees.
• Delegates and is responsible for ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all supplies to minimize waste and theft.
• Supervises preparation, sales and service of food.
• Forecasts food items and estimated quantities per shift.
• Oversees cash drawers and daily paperwork with integrity.
• Routes deliveries and supervises drivers to maximize speed.
• Completes opening and closing procedures.
