Shake Shack in New York is seeking a shift leader to manage service flow and direct daily team activities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. You will help build and guide a high-performing hourly team and may support purchasing, receiving, and inventory tasks.

The role requires at least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience, a local food safety certification, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. We offer weekly pay, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
• Strong problem solving skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Mansioni

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations
