Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma; some college or degree preferred.
• 1 year experience preferably in the food service industry.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic addition/subtraction calculations.

Responsibilities

• Ensures menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly according to procedures.
• Lead a shift and set expectations; plan, inspect and anticipate challenges.
• Direct shift to maintain standards, organize staff, and handle high‑pressure times.
• Follow up by communicating performance and issues to management.
• Report to General Manager or Manager on duty and coordinate with staff.
