Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant staff and oversee daily operations at our Covington, IN location. You will deliver excellent customer service, help maintain a clean and efficient facility, and assist managers with tasks to keep the operation running smoothly.

The role requires experience in restaurant operations, a strong customer-service focus, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.
