Pilot Company in Georgetown, KY, is hiring Shift Leaders to supervise restaurant employees and manage daily operations at our busy travel center locations. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, oversee team activity, and support managers in keeping the operation running smoothly.

The role requires flexibility for nights, days, weekends and holidays. Compensation begins at a competitive hourly rate and includes benefits as part of our nationwide Pay & Benefits program.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required
