Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco's Pizza franchise owner in the US, seeks an energetic manager to join our Wichita team. You will lead shifts, train staff, ensure great guest service and maintain product quality in a fast-paced environment.

Open and close shifts, manage deposits and cash handling with integrity, and support local marketing efforts. This role offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities as we expand to new locations.

• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Manage and organize all positions each shift and delegates duties to team members.
• Support production as needed.
• Support local store marketing and promotions.

Leadership

• Open and close shifts without supervision.
• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
• Deliver great guest service every time and resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash while leading shifts.
• Responsible for accurate daily deposits and cash handling procedures.
