Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco’s Pizza franchise owner in the US with over 100 locations, is hiring for management roles. Join a team focused on people, results, and growth, and help deliver great guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

As a manager, you will lead shifts, maintain food quality and service speed, manage deposits, and contribute to marketing efforts. This role offers full training and opportunities to open new locations over the next five years.

• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and reinforce Marco's leadership behaviors and values.
• Create an environment that promotes the company culture and philosophies to attract, retain and develop our people.
• Train team members on company processes, customer service, and updated policies and procedures to ensure we are a world class operation.
• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Manage and organize all positions each shift and delegates duties to team members.
• Support production as needed.
• Support local store marketing and promotions.
• Open and close shifts without supervision.
• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
• Deliver great guest service every time and resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash while leading shifts.
• Responsible for accurate daily deposits and cash handling procedures.
