Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, owner of Marco’s Pizza franchises, seeks energetic managers to lead shift teams, uphold quality and hospitality, and drive growth across locations.

You will train staff, monitor service speed, and contribute to local marketing efforts while delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to build a positive team culture.
• Track record of delivering great guest service and quality products.
• Experience training staff on policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Open and close shifts without supervision while maintaining standards for service speed, quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Lead shift teams, delegate duties, and support store marketing and promotions.
• Ensure accurate deposits and follow cash handling procedures while controlling costs.

• Demonstrate and reinforce Marco's leadership behaviors and values.

Sales and Product

• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Manage and organize all positions each shift and delegates duties to team members.
• Support production as needed.
• Support local store marketing and promotions.

Leadership

• Open and close shifts without supervision.
• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
• Deliver great guest service every time and resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash while leading shifts.
• Responsible for accurate daily deposits and cash handling procedures.
