Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group is seeking energetic managers to join Marco’s Pizza’s growing franchise family. You will lead shifts, supervise team members, and uphold quality, speed, and guest satisfaction.

Sales and Product

• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Manage and organize all positions each shift and delegates duties to team members.
• Support production as needed.
• Support local store marketing and promotions.

Leadership

• Open and close shifts without supervision.
• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
• Deliver great guest service every time and resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash while leading shifts.
• Responsible for accurate daily deposits and cash handling procedures.
