Lead team members, reinforce leadership values, and uphold standards of service, quality and cleanliness across shifts. Early responsibilities include training staff, managing deposits, and ensuring customer happiness.

Responsabilités

• Lead and train team members on company processes, customer service and policies to maintain a world class operation.
• Maintain product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation; organize shifts and delegate duties.
• Open and close shifts; monitor deposits, cash handling and security; deliver guest service and resolve issues; manage costs and waste.

• Demonstrate and reinforce Marco's leadership behaviors and values.

Sales and Product

• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Manage and organize all positions each shift and delegates duties to team members.
• Support production as needed.
• Support local store marketing and promotions.

Leadership

• Open and close shifts without supervision.
• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
• Deliver great guest service every time and resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash while leading shifts.
• Responsible for accurate daily deposits and cash handling procedures.
