Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to run a shift with hands-on leadership, motivate the team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will own the shift, set the tone, and ensure operations run smoothly during peak hours.

You’ll coach team members on food quality, speed, and service standards, handle cash and POS, and keep the restaurant clean and stocked. If you take charge without being asked and thrive under pressure, this could be your next role.
