Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking a motivated Shift Leader to assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and lead the team on each shift.

You will deliver outstanding guest service, maintain food quality and safety standards, and help create a positive, productive work environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds or more.
• Must obtain a Food Handler's License within 30 days.

• Handle cash transactions and perform basic math accurately.
