Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group is seeking energetic, goal-oriented managers to lead Marco's Pizza teams in the Pigeon Forge, TN area. Join a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with opportunities to grow as we expand across the region.

You will supervise shifts, maintain product quality and service speed, manage deposits and safety, and drive guest satisfaction through proactive leadership and coaching.

• Manage and organize all positions each shift and delegates duties to team members.
• Support production as needed.
• Support local store marketing and promotions.

Leadership

• Open and close shifts without supervision.
• Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
• Deliver great guest service every time and resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash while leading shifts.
• Responsible for accurate daily deposits and cash handling procedures.
