Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader for Marco’s Pizza in Mooresville, IN. You will lead people, ensure product quality, and drive customer service while controlling costs and deposits. The role includes training, delegation, and supporting promotions in a fast-paced restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Open and close shifts without supervision.
• Ensure standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Deliver great guest service and resolve customer issues as they arise.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash while leading shifts.
• Responsible for accurate daily deposits and cash handling procedures.
• Manage and organize all positions each shift and delegate duties to team members.
• Support production as needed.
• Support local store marketing and promotions.
• Train team members on processes, customer service, and updated policies.

As the shift leader, you will lead people, ensure we execute outstanding product quality and customer service, build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
