Compensation: $13.00 / hour + tip share program. Our Restaurant Shift Supervisors average almost $4/hour in tips!

Summary

As a part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors lead the Squad Crew to deliver exceptional pizzas and salads with style and personalization. You set the example of service and create an inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy personalized pizza experiences.

You will oversee the making of pizzas for diverse customer preferences, fostering an environment where pizza is personal and everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities

• Model MOD values and behaviors, demonstrating a service mindset through effective leadership
• Create the MOD vibe that customers expect
• Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy and a positive shift environment
• Train and coach Squad members in operational tasks
• Ensure knowledge of all operational standards and resources
• Partner with the General Manager to engage the community

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead, coach, train, and motivate front-line employees
• Strategic thinking with tactical execution skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused during busy operations
• Must be at least 18 years old
