Responsibilities

• Lead and guide your team, ensuring excellent performance and development
• Provide outstanding customer service, greet guests, take orders, and resolve issues
• Monitor food quality and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization during your shift
• Report significant issues to the General Manager

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-food or restaurant environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Food Handler Certification is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Stand for up to 8 hours
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Frequent bending and twisting
