Additional responsibilities include assisting the General Manager in maximizing the restaurant's financial success through ensuring productive shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supports the General Manager by executing the highest standards of shift performance against established operational guidelines of Penn Station.
• Works with fellow employees, peers and management staff to continually improve, communicate and execute shift objectives.
• Assists the General Manager in maximizing the financial success of the restaurant through ensuring productive shifts.
• Leads by example, motivates the crew, takes initiative and delivers outstanding customer service during each shift.
