Penn Station Sandwiches is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee opening, mid-shift, and closing duties in a fast-paced restaurant setting. You will guide a team to deliver friendly, efficient service and ensure guest satisfaction across the dining area and pickup zones.

Responsibilities include managing cash, maintaining cleanliness, and coaching staff to uphold food safety and hospitality standards while serving guests with care and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be team-oriented, friendly, and honest.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Be at least 17 years old.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and handle cash/credit with respectful service.
• Deliver meals to guests and provide great service.
• Keep dining area, restrooms, and parking lot clean.
• Stock as needed to maintain inventory during shift.
• Lead and coach team while upholding hospitality standards.
• Train staff on policies and create a positive environment.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Open or close the restaurant as a key holder.
