Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in ensuring the success of the team, store, and company through leadership, guest service, and execution of procedures.
• Comply with all company policies and government regulations.
• Write and manage schedules of employees while maintaining profitability goals.
• Read and understand P&L statements and work toward cost management.
• Demonstrates ability to train all Stations per the Training Manual.
• Train staff to cover all stations in the food production line.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
• Operate the register per policies.
• Training for this position will occur at a location within the market.
