Aufgaben

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner and coaches team members to do the same.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and assigns shift duties to team members; follows up for completion.
• Directs team and ensures all food items meet brand, company, and health department regulations.
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory; completes end-of-shift and end-of-day paperwork.
• Communicates any discrepancies to the immediate supervisor.
• Guards a safe environment by following government laws and safety codes.
• Completes incident reports per the 5-minute rule policy.
