Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Manager for our Holly Springs, MS location to oversee daily restaurant operations, staff, and financial metrics. You will lead onboarding, training, and ensure compliance with Brand, Company, and health standards while driving guest service and profitability.

The role requires minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience, strong communication, and the ability to coach a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a company-operated restaurant.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training for all positions.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment and ensure housekeeping duties.
• Ensure brand, company, and health department standards are met.
• Supervise staff to follow food prep and production guidelines.
• Ensure staff training on brand standards is ongoing.
• Communicate information to the Restaurant District Manager.
• Handle cash, sales, and inventory records accurately.
• Complete daily, weekly, and period paperwork; manage schedules.
• Maintain safety and compliance; report facility issues.
