Circle K Stores Inc. in Scott, LA is seeking a Restaurant Shift Lead to supervise a restaurant shift, coordinate team members, and uphold brand standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

You will coach staff, maintain cleanliness, ensure food safety and compliance with health regulations, manage cash and inventory records, and report incidents per policy. This role emphasizes teamwork, ownership, and delivering consistent service.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and coaching skills.
• Ability to supervise shift operations.
• Knowledge of health department regulations.
• Ability to supervise cash, sales and inventory records.
• Ability to lift and move items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner and coaches team members to do the same
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties. Assigns shift duties to team members and follows up to ensure completion.
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with all Brand, Company, and health department regulations. Coaches team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management.
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
• Monitors and ensures accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records for the duration of the shift. Completes end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts as require
• Communicates any discrepancies to immediate supervisor
• Guarantees a safe environment for team members and guests by following all government laws and safety codes
• Completes reports on all incidents following our 5-minute rule policy
