Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient flow of food while maintaining Rib Crib sanitation standards.
• Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables and side items.
• Clean, cut, prepare, and smoke meats and poultry.
• Accurately measure weights and portion sizes.
• Transport pans and trays to and from stations, smokers, and fridges.
• Keep work areas and utensils clean; manage waste and sanitation.
• Use cleaning products safely and follow safety procedures.
• Willingness to assist with any shift tasks to support teamwork.
