Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop in Las Vegas is hiring a motivated Restaurant Shift Lead to guide daily operations, ensure smooth service, and maintain Capriotti’s standards in a fast-paced environment. You will coach team members, support scheduling, and deliver outstanding guest experiences while upholding food safety and quality.

This is ideal for someone pursuing restaurant leadership and hospitality career growth.

Formación

• Experience in restaurant, food service, hospitality, or retail leadership.
• Experience as a Shift Lead, Crew Leader, Team Lead, or Assistant Manager is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support team members during daily restaurant operations.
• Delegate tasks and ensure all shift duties are completed efficiently.
• Maintain Capriotti’s standards for food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Follow company policies for food safety, sanitation, and cash handling.
• Assist with scheduling support, labor management, and inventory monitoring.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout kitchen and dining areas.
• Support smooth shift transitions through clear communication with management.
• Recognize and encourage team performance and positive contributions.
• Promote a team culture built on respect, accountability, and professionalism.
