You will coach team members, support scheduling, and deliver outstanding guest experiences while upholding food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, food service, hospitality, or retail leadership.
• Experience as a Shift Lead, Crew Leader, Team Lead, or Assistant Manager is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
