Job summary

Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop in Las Vegas, NV is looking for a Restaurant Shift Lead to supervise day-to-day operations during assigned shifts and coach team members in a fast-paced setting.

You will collaborate with management to uphold Capriotti’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness, while delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting scheduling, labor management, and inventory control. This role offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, food service, hospitality, or retail leadership.
• Experience as Shift Lead, Crew Leader, Team Lead, or Assistant Manager is a plus.
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during daily restaurant operations.
• Delegate tasks and ensure shift duties are completed efficiently.
• Maintain Capriotti’s standards for food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness.

Position Overview

The Restaurant Shift Lead helps oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth service, quality food preparation, and a positive team environment. You will support the management team by supervising staff, maintaining Capriottis operational standards, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, coaching team members, and developing leadership skills in the hospitality industry.

• Previous experience in restaurant, food service, hospitality, or retail leadership preferred
• Experience as a Shift Lead, Crew Leader, Team Lead, or Assistant Manager is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
