Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist management with daily operations during shifts.
• Supervise front-of-house or back-of-house staff as needed.
• Promote promotions and handle Alley Rallies.
• Ensure staff follow recipes and procedures.
• Enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Monitor guest flow and ticket times.
• Coach staff to maintain food and service quality.
• Conduct 100% table visits when applicable.
• Practice safe food handling procedures.
• Uphold culture and core values: passion, partnership, integrity, and fun.
• Work during peak hours to set pace in the restaurant.
