Job summary

Shake Shack in Minnesota is hiring a restaurant leader to oversee shift operations, ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed of service. You will build and lead a high‑performing team of hourly team members and support purchasing, receiving, and inventory tasks as needed.

Qualifications include at least 1 year of restaurant leadership, food safety certification, strong problem solving, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food safety certification as per local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.).
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
