Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory as needed.
• Create and adjust shift schedules to meet staffing needs.
• Train new hires on policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
