• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure cross-training of Restaurant Associates.
• Provide coaching, feedback and support to staff during the shift.
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties including setup, cleanup and cash handling.
• Verify equipment and supplies are working and report issues promptly.
• Monitor food quality, presentation and order accuracy.
• Ensure the dining area is clean, stocked and welcoming.
• Support staff with order-taking, making sandwiches and serving orders.
• Perform shift-related paperwork, cash counts and deposits accurately.
• Help train new employees and reinforce company policies and procedures.
