Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants, LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations with a focus on service, food quality, and safety. This role requires hands-on leadership on the floor, maintaining cleanliness, enforcing sanitation, and upholding company policies.

You will mentor team members, assist with opening and closing duties, monitor labor and inventory, and ensure a welcoming, fun atmosphere for guests while maintaining the Six Service Standards and PLUS 1.

Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, coach and train team members to ensure operational execution.
• Adheres to scheduled and projected labor metrics while monitoring sales throughout the shift.
• Ensures all assigned cleaning duties and tasks are completed thoroughly and with integrity.
• Proficient in all restaurant positions and work hands-on with team members in each of these areas.
• Work as part of a team to provide an exceptional Guest experience to our patrons.
• Communicate effectively to the management team regarding essential information impacting the business.
